non-inverting OPAMP

11V out of the op amp is what your considering too high, however, you can go to 13V.

You need to understand what's going on. Your normal operations wasn't going to push the limits.

Thank you very much for help, hopefully my school reopen tomorrow, I will be able to practice it (I gonna try with different thresholds).
