Must be OK, but it does say much about the 'practical' side of electronics. Like network theory etc.

Who cares if it is correct?

All he seems to have done is summarised semiconductor theory.
I think that is totally pointless unless you are designing transistors.
What about a bit of Ohms law, and other much more down to earth stuff?

Theres nothing about Mean Free Path which is so fundamental to a study of electronics

no no .. of course not. my college never gives me assignments or projects of this sort. Just want to help my juniors who r to join my college with basics thats it. so what do u say?
