need a circuit/idea for petrol measurement

plz give me some circuit/idea about converting the bike petrol measurement in digital for my two wheeler. for measurement of how many litres and resrve litres

Automotive fuel tanks have a rehostat in the tank operating at 12 volts, so explosion is apparently not a concern at low current. You could modify an automotive sensor (float and rehostat), and use a digital voltmeter for display.
