Hey,
It just popped to my mind that perhaps I could get some help here on how to create one of these. Though it must be pretty simple, just an amateur here. Any help highly appreciated. Thanks.

In one of the hobby electronics shop over here, ready-to-stick PCBs for musical cards are available. Buy the one you like & stick it. Thats it!
The PCB has single COB (Chip on Board) which is very thin and it is difficult to build such PCBs at home using standard DIP ICs.

Check the shop nearest to you and see if you can find one.

The M66 is small ic that can drive a small speaker or piezo buzzer
cheap and easy to use (and available at Maplin if u liv in the uk)

M66T-02B Twinkle Twinkle Little Star 16·4sec
M66T-36 Old McDonald Had a Farm 24·8sec
M66T-205 I’d Like To Teach The World To Sing 20·4sec
M66T-214 White Christmas 49·5sec
M66T-215 Warning Tone 10·8sec
