I just know that if I went MMC route they have very low farads which I thought that’s what you need for the spark gap. I have three MOT Caps and need to find a capacitor calculator to see if that would work for my Tesla coil.
Also do you think 1/2 inch gaps between the primary tubbing would be good? Or would 1/4 inch spacing be better? It's about a 20 foot difference coil wise.
