Model LTspice or Pspice VN820PT-E STMicroelectronics High side driver

Hello,

Can you help me for my simulation LTspice, so I add a model High-side driver VN820PT-E for my library and to create a symbol.

But after simulation , I have a Error " to few modes: draw " .

1 question : Have you find a correct model to include inn my schematics ?

2 question : I find on site web STMicroelectronics we have not model LTspice , so i find in internet

I have sucessful create a symbol

So I simulated this model but i have a message error. He could not open the library file. This is tree weeks I works to create model but I haven"t result.
I have test .lib<NAND it's dont simulate a message error.

In the file what you propose I don't see a GND and the pin STATUS compare a component VN820PT-E STMicroelectronics ?

I put a file simulation LTspice and the datasheed component.

Can you help me please or to propose a component équivalent at VN820PT-E .

I think the spice model you posted is an example and not a VN820PT model.
ST,com doesn't seem to have a model for VN820PT.

that's just a nand gate model... sometimes they provide an "equivalent circuit" which you could build a model from... but more often these days it's just a block diagram which is about worthless...
