in mod 5 down counter at 5th clock pulse whether circuit resets to 000 or 111?

A mod X down counter resets to X-1. Here is a block diagram simulation of a mod 5 down counter

i think it need small correction "A mod X down counter Presets to X-1".am i right

You are correct as the term is presets.

reset is reserved for setting the flip flop to the powered up state, although some may require you to design a Power Up Reset circuit, typically an integrator.

I erred in using the same context as you, when I should have corrected yours.
