Has anyone had any luck with this?
I followed the instructions on http://www.rentron.com/PicBasic/MCS_X3.htm I have tried with the 16F628 and Microcode Studio and the 16F627 with Microcode Studio Plus. I also tried with a MAX232 and MAX233, every time I keep getting the error "ICD Connection Timeout"
I know the PIC is connected correctly as I compiled it normally and the program ran fine, (with added LED so I knew it was working), as far as I can tell the RS232 chips are wired correctly. Does anyone know what each pin should read on the connector?
Any ideas would be apperciated
