MBRA140 Replacement

Some Replacements

Hey im in need of some MBRA140 diodes and i wanted to know if i can replace them and use some 1N5819's instead...

Can i replace a BC846 with a BC546??? the only thing different besides the case (package) is :

Collector Power Dissipation:

BC846 = 310mW
BC546 = 500mW

The answer on both questions is yes, You can, with one exception - MBRA140 and BC846 are SMD while 1N5819 is in standard DO case and BC546 is in TO92 case.
