Low-Power Timer1 Oscillator Enable

Hi All!
I would like to ask, when are needed a Low-Power Timer1 Oscillator Enable bit adjust? There are two options, the one "Timer1 configured for low-power operation", the other "Timer1 configured for higher operation". When and what should it be used for?

The low power option is more prone to noise and should only be used in a low noise design. It states this in the datasheet so why are you asking here? Did you not read the datasheet?
