Looking for Tecsun PL660 review

I am going to buy a radio for my uncle. He like to listening to radio programm and he travels a lot. I think [Tecsun PL 660](https://www.sainsonic.com/tecsun-pl...lcd-display-dual-conversion-silver-model.html) would be good for him to kill time. Are there detailed reviews on it?

There are nice reviews about almost all radios on eham.net. It looks like a mediocre performer and could be a good buy anyway..but Degen DE1103 might be an another interesting choice and an outstanding performer at a very affordable price. But it has all the button controls integrated to the bottom part of the large dial -which could be felt bit weird especially if you're in to playing with a large dial with loads of buttons and controls

I've both 1103 and the costlier sony thing SW7600GR but still like to play with 1103 and I daily use it for more than 3yrs by now. Search more and compare different radios based on reviews and even in uTube also.
