I am not getting any power to the rest of the printer .It is ded. I have checked the fuse and OK.
I have a switch mode out of a canon multi function printer [ MP 780 Pixmax Canon] I wouuld like to introduce 240 V into the power supply but I need a load .
Do I connect the load accross the Main filter cap + and- of the Cap Ie 204 Volt 60 watt globe.
The Cap is 150uf 400V Cap.
Is there any thing I have to disconnect, so I can test the powersupply for voltage with DMM
