Led help

Hi I was wondering if there is a way or the best way to hook up 200 leds to a standard 120 V wall socket. And if you could someone tell me the things I would need to do so.. possibly a diagram

PS the leds are 2.3 V at 10mA

That is not products, it's rough ideas on how to make it. You may ask somewhere else if you're out after a spesific product rather than build it yourself. Maybe there is some sort of "musical instruments" forum that deals with related products. Good luck
