LED flasher for fake security camera

Hello all, glad to join the group here. I hope to learn alot from yall as well as share my own thoughts. I am sort of a novice at designing circiuts but I have a mind full of ideas that I wish I could make possible.

Anyway I have a simple idea at hand....
I want to make a fake security camera for my house. What is the easiest LED flasher circuit that I can make?

really, buy a flashing LED. Their flash rate it prob ideal for a fake camera, and you don't even need a current limiting resistor. Just a battery and an LED!
