Hey guys,
I have a mp3 player, i looked up all chips on the board, and i found that there is the tea5767 for radio, memory module, and the ak1025. So, what controls the lcd? i wanted to take that out for a possible project

Ok, so the controller is in the lcd. How does one communicate with it, to display anything? pic controller?

I want to start getting into lcd's. Are there kits available? or should i purchase what i need since i have many lcd's already, 3 mpx200 screens, nokia 6100 and the mp3 player screen. If so what should i get?

information from the manufacturers about the screens showing pin connections, driving requirements etc
