I need Assistance for Interfacing 20X4 LCD with PIC microcontroller. Is module Necessary for that? I need Circuit Diagram or atleast some information regarding any Pull ups etc.

Yes, my tutorials cover LCD interfacing - but not specifically 4 line ones, of which there are two different types. However, the differences are small, and my tutorials would only require very small changes for 4 lines.
