I am not sure what information you are looking for. The data sheet shows the drop out voltage the quiescent current, all effect efficiency, as well as the input output voltage.
There is no way to change the efficiency of a linear regulator, the number is obvious.
In addition to the obvious loss from ((Vin-Vout)*Iout), there is a small loss in the control circuitry. Its quiescent current is 300µA when idle, and 5mA when loaded.
