KT3170 equivalent

I'm looking for the KT3170 (DTMF to BCD converter) ic, or prefarable its equivalent. I would be grateful to get the datasheet also. I need information also on the 74154 (4 line-to-16 line demux), or its equivalents. IM SO GREATLY IN NEED OF THIS INFORMATION FOR A PROJECT IM WORKING ON. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP IN ADVANCE.
 
The KT3170 is a clone of well known MT8870 from MITEL (today ZARLINK).
