I couldn't download it using IE either, but using a Linux box worked.

I just wanted to thank those responsible for starting/posting this thread.

I got a grab-bag for $5 with among it a JIM-PAK of 9 KM4164B-12 DRAM chips. They have an ancient price tag asking 17.95 for the package. Not a bad deal since it included military grade resistors a couple of remotes, capacitors and a rather large SPDT.
