JVC DVD Player TC-H40....Fuse works

My JVC surround sound DVD Player TC-H40 just stopped working there is no power and will not turn on....When I notice it was not working I then unplugged and then replugged it and the player turned back on for about 2 seconds then it turned off again and has not come on since then..... Note both the fuse in the player & the fuse in the sub woofer box work so its not that.....

Any help please
