Joy buzzer circuit

Hi I would like to build a joy buzzer circuit. It needs to be powered by a 6 or 9V battery and output a high voltage with very low current. It needs to recharge in a second or so in case someone makes contact a second time. Appreciate any assistance. Use of commonly available components.

there are easyer ways to kill yourself (or someone eelse). just jump of the empire state building.

The circuit is just one element of a larger project and no I am not trying to kill anyone with it.

That May not be your intention, But it Can Happen.

Especially today with all the Pace Maker implants.

Its just Not a Good Idea.
