Is Truck-Lite taking over Visionalert (or vice versa) ?

Truck-Lite and Visionalert both make Automotive LED lighting products.

Truck-Lite is USA headquartered, but has a big base in Harlow, UK.
Visionalert is part of the USA headquartered "Ecco" group, and Visionalert has a UK base in Leeds.

Kathrin Aster, who has just left Truck-Lite as European Manager, has just joined Visionalert as the boss. Is this because Ecco Group is taking over Truck-Lite?
