I have a toy electic motor which runs off of 4 AA batteries. I would like to power this with a solar panel, and have it intermittent (the motor off for 30-40 seconds, and on for 2-3 seconds). Are there cheap kits or electronics I can buy to make this work. Will this solar panel work

I have no experience with electronics so if you have any suggestions, please dummy them up.

Thanks
