Info on CP109D (scr)

Hi,

I'm looking for information on a small SCR, a CP106D
anyone help ?

looking for trigger voltage, max current, voltage.
pin connections would help,
i'm sort of fiddling about to get them now.

The gate trigger voltage is about 2.4 volts positive of cathode.
But i cant just measure the other stuff that i would like to
know, like the max current, voltage, etc.

If anyone can give me any more info on this it would be
appreciated,
