i have 2 pin in 16f676 which are pin no...2 ---RA5/T1CKI/OSC1/CLKIN &
pin no...4 ---RA3/MCLR/VPP.
i have requirements 2 i\p, & 1 o\p....
(1)_ mains on & (2)_ inverter on and (3)_for relay drive..
pin no...4 is only for i\p .so , how can i use it ?

That schematic would suggest you have more than 1 pin available so what's the problem, again?
