How would you fix this comparator circuit?

Interesting so it may be possible to use this as a drop in replacement and get better results with the current circuit?

I also need a quad version but it does not look like the TSH24 is in stock at mouser or digikey. I will definitely hunt the datasheets for something else that specifies "no inversion"

Sorry, I was just going thru data sheets looking for one. I think ST makes several and also TI, but I don't know an easy way to find them. I think it may fix both problems if it is not to slow or something else.
