How to I make this power switch work?

I'm having fun with this amp board. The problem is that in the state I purchased it, as long as it is plugged in, it's powered on. Please see the attached diagram. What do I need to do in order to get a functioning power switch? What kind of button can I buy and how to I properly connect it?
 
That looks like a jumper across 2 pins, just like jumpers on other electronics/disk drives/etc.
You can probably use any pair of Dupont Jumpers and wire those to any toggle switch you want (anything with ON/OFF) after you remove that jumper.
It is the same jumper for the MUTE. They do have circuit board connectors that fit those sockets, often called JST type of connectors, but one would have to measure the pin spacing, pin diameter, etc. to get exactly the right one.
