hello..
i have 1200 w motor, and 12 volts battery, so the ampers is 100. My motor amper is 195. can i know my ahr from these informations?

Find the batteries internal resistance. Then connect the motor to the battery, and measure the effective voltage while running. Now you can calculate the amperage approximately.

At the risk of appearing thick, what is "ahr" ?

I think he is referring to Ampere Hours.
The value written on the side of the battery is unlikely to be reachable with a current of 195 Amps.
