Hi Guys

I am building an inverter circuit for my project. I would like to be able to run a tv from it if possible. I have set my limit at 300W because after that the component prices get silly and unpractical.

Will 300W be able to power a colour tv with a screen of 28"?

cheers guys for any help

Should be fine, modern TV's use much less power than older ones, most now use less than 100W - but you need more than that for the initial switch-on surge - 300W sounds plenty.
