Hi ...
Good evening ,
Please help me to learn HOW SMT & BGA SOLDER on PCB .

For Example : If I can solder the BGA component by HOT AIR ??

give me some web sites . . .

I very much doubt that hot air soldering is something you could do at home. I would require rather specialised equipment to avoid cooking the component.
You could try soldering SMT devices that have two or three connections, they are glued in place first. You'd need a very steady hand, a needle tip soldering iron and good eyesight.

Why not let google find your own websites about hot air soldering. You just need to ask the right question (hot air soldering) and I'm sure google will find you lots of answers.

Happy web surfing

Klaus

For SMT soldering, you need the finest soldering point, and finest solder that you can lay your hands on. Usually very fine solder doesn't have a flux core, so you also need a flux pen.

First, paint the pads with a small amount of flux, then position the device. If necessary, you can hold it in place by pressing gently on it with a pair of tweezers. Solder opposite corners first - this will hold the device in place, then you can solder the other connections. Be careful not to heat the tracks too much, or they will lift off the board.

Thanks ...

What about BGA Device ?? ( How i can solder & De-solder ) ...

I want EDUCATION web sites ...

hello
what u could use is a hakko made by metcal soldering stations they blow hot air & they are ideall 4 removing & replacing some smt & bga components but where u get them from i have no idea, maybe RS somewhere like that or jusy do a search in google for metcal!!!

Another option...

I'm starting to acquire the necessaries to do this. I can hand-solder SOIC's (0.050" lead spacing) with a regular iron, but not smaller than that, and Maxim/Dallas is adamant about not making a lot of parts bigger than uMax size (0.0256" lead spacing). :(

Cheers,
-Neil.
