How do I program the ESP32 Pico D4?

Hello everyone, I am making a board using an ESP32 Pico D4, I checked the schematics for the development board and it uses a CP2102N QFN28, but that has become obsolete. I am looking at the QFN20 package but didn't know how to use it. I am also looking at other options other than using the USB port. I would also like to know which software and how do you program this chip.

Thanks Dana, I would also like too ask, is it possible to program this chip with the Arduino IDE? With my own custom PCB?

The module I gather has a bootloader in it, but will the IDE handle it.
