I'm doing a project on cmos analog dll design, any available references which I am able to refer to? such as design of the phase detector, charge pump and VCDL? please advice.

Let me try again: What is a Delay Locked Loop? I know about a Phase Lock Loop, but I never heard of a Delay Locked Loop.
