help with adding an additional circuit...

I want to replace the LEDs by 220 volts lamps by using TRIAC , so I want to add circuit in ( red colour line ) to LM 3914 circuit . Is this method of connection true or not ?

VERY, VERY DANGEROUS !!!!!

You need opto-isolators or solid state relays (SSR) between the LM3914 and the triacs.

What is the input signal source to the IC? What is the power source for the IC?

the input signal source to the IC is sound (audio) wave .
the power source for the IC is 12 volts.

The danger in your circuit is connecting the AC power line directly to your IC and to your sound source.
This (top circuit) is how you would implement opto-isolators between your IC and the triacs. Pin 2 of the opto-isolators would go to the output pins of the IC.
