Help with a capacitor comparison

I have two inverters which are identical except for the capacitors. Can someone help me identify what the difference is.

CAP1: 100 L. above the line, 103J below the line
CAP2: 100 "H". above the line, 183J below the line.

100 might be 100V max.
103 is 0.01uF (10nF) and 183 is 0.018uF (18nF). J is 5%.
 
The value is in pF, with the last two digits representing the number of zeros after the previous digits.

103 = 10,000pF = 10nF
183 = 18,000pF = 18nF
