Help witch Samsung TV circuit board

Can someone help me identify the correct locations here? I am trying to reset the eeprom. I need to jump the sda and the vcc ports. I am just afraid of jumping the wrong ones and causing a short.

A simple google finds loads of examples, here's one from YouTube:

I'm presuming you've already changed the duff capacitors?.

You should also be aware that sometimes the EEPROM requires changing, as it's been damaged by the faulty PSU.
