help...question

got another question...i'm a bit confused...
which circuit could have the brightest illumination of LEDs...
let say all components are ideal...
thanks...

I would say the second scematic would have the brightest leds.

If you put enough leds on the first scematic the leds won't even light due to the large voltage drop across the resistor caused by the combined current through it from all the leds.
 
The one on the right is brighter, if you're using 1k resistors in either circuit as depicted.

The one on the left does not properly regulate the current to each LED, and can be harmful to them.
 
Hey, the circuit on the right is brighter, you can do a KCL (nodal analysis) to understand how much current go thru each circuit. :D
