I'm working on a project and I,m looking for a schematic on how to build a alternating flasher with a speed control. I'm working with 12 or 24 volts DC
I do not know alot about electronics but I can read schematics
A flasher? You mean...like a 12-24V light that flashes at a controllable speed? Sounds to me you just need to use a transistor switch (so you can use a small control (ie. microcontroller or 555 timer) signal to control a larger current for the light. And then have the control signal just pulse at a controllable rate. Or you can have transistor switches and have a microcontroller send an active signal to each transistor at certain speeds at intervals (for alternating flashing and speed control).
