Most loctite products are removed by applying heat.

You can get a hard setting heat sink compound as used by dubious manufacturers who are too lazy to provide a large enough heatsink for the device. It is used by computer chip manufacturers to glue the heatsink onto the processor when they don't feel like providing a removable clip for this. (so you can't discover the undersized, overclocked chip underneath)
I am not sure of its temperature range, or what your purpose is.
