1. Move "Repairing Electronics" up to the top group "Electronics Forums", since it has plenty of threads and it may encourage more activity.
2. Move "IoT - Internet of Things" down to one of the bottom groups since it has low activity and is really a fad group (and not really in vogue anymore).
