we all know that focal length of our eyes is 22m and of mobile camera is around 33 to one or 200 mm.yet if we see through mobile the image is not sharp as we see from our eyes. Why is that so.Thank you in advance

we all know that
Where did you get that from?

Mobile cameras may have a plastic lens. probably scratched, dirty, etc. Fixed focus, while a good camera has a moveable focus. Mobile camera has a lens the size of a pin head.
Your eye has very good resolution in the very center and poor resolution to the side. The camera only has 1 million (more or less) spots that respond to light. They have the same resolution over the entire field of view.
