Facing Balun transformer's problem please!

actually that's not really a balun, but an isolator.... a balun changes a high impedance BALanced line to an UNbalanced low impedance line, hence the name BALUN. an isolator isolates the coax feed from stray RF currents on the shield, without changing the line impedance or configuration.

If it is, I think his dipole's impedance is around 50-75, so he didn't keep balun. Isn't it?
