I am sourcing a ethenet hub 1 to 2 only. And because of limited dimension , very small size of hub must be used

The Question is , can i just connect all 3 cat5 cable in parallel. i.e. Cable A pin1 connect to Cable B and Cable C pin1, .....

Could this achieve the problem?

Could you connect it that way? sure you could...
Would it work? No way!!!
What are devices in the network? If one of them is PC, you could insert one more network card and use two crossover cables (one to each other node).
