EPROM programmer handheld with SD Card?

Anyone know of such a device, for field programming of EPROM's by engineers

Maybe you should say which EPROMs.

you could look at making one cheaply. you would need to learn how to use microcontrollers first and look at interfacing sd cards (google it). then you can look at interfacing eproms and mabey also a lcd display. it could be a nice project for you to do.
