I have tried doing this for a couple of hours, there are so many components without values etc and so many places were I am unsure if the wires are joined or not that I have had to give up. Sorry but its really hard to follow, try using labels instead of lines where you can and make sure components have values.

thanks. You would 't believe what may have caused the issue

A FLiPPING GROUNDING ISSUE

I soldered a wire to a ground fill and connected to the chassis of my car and so far no more hangs, no more issues!
