dvd player problem

I am beginer.My DVD is not working due to "NO DISC" errors is occurs.I think lens may be problem so i clean the lens with IPA.but the error comes continiously. i need remedy,anybody
reply me.

The disc is drawn in and is centered onto the spindle.
The lens is moved to the start position towards the center of the disc.
The disc spins a few times while the lens is focused in and out.

If it does all these operations, the lens is clean, and it's a good disc.Then replace the optical head or DVD mechanism.
