Dump Load Diversion

hi guys, i did another quick and dirty circuit. no caps in it. i want to see if the step down works.
so with this circuit layout i was able to get the result for the inverting, none inverting and vcc as per the circiut,
however, when the + goes above the - and it should be inverting, i get nothing, no invert. i am not sure why.
please take a look at the circuit and tell me if you see improvement that i can do. thanks

Your opamp inputs are 12.6V and your opamp +ve rail is only 12V !
D1 and D5 do nothing useful at present.

Edit: It is not a good idea to take your opamp supply voltage from the input reference, since supply current fluctuations will affect the reference slightly.
I'd suggest replace D3 and D6 with 10k resistors fed from the top ends of R1,R2; replace D2,D4 with 6V zeners; reduce R7,R8 to ~15k.

Good to know it works, but if it works as you want what improvement do you hope for?
i will post a video of the actual board.
Not sure that will tell us much. We've all seen LEDs turning on and off :)
