20na is cool. Actually, the previous mark of 100na was not bad either. However, in reality these numbers are hard to reach. If you put PIC to sleep with everything turned off, it would look more like a coma.

I agree,previous mark is more than enough & there are many hand held devices built over the years using that mark.Technology won't stop they will introduce another one couple of months & make the new version is better than the previous ones
i think this is a great thing. Imagine the uses for medical? like a controller for a heart pump or something like that. The less energy a ic can take the more we can save.
