Digital ic tester

Hi
I am making a digital IC tester using 8951 microcontroller. But i am unable to find code for testing the 74 series of the ICs. Can somebody please help me?

You just need to write a state machine from the data sheet of each device. Look in the TI data book. The job is almost done for you.
