Delayed switching circuit

Can anybody send me a circuit diagram to do the following:
Input of 13v automatically switching to 13v output approx 1 to 2 seconds later without a toggle switch.(Preferbly using a 555 timer IC).

hi Karsten,

You have typed 13V to 13V ???, is this correct.
