Delay activation relay circuit

I need a circuit that as soon as it fill (-) when I open the door of my car it wait like 8 seg then activate a relay for 5 minutes.

Can you help me with this delay activation relay circuit.

can use simple monostable timer 555 ic to create delay and drive the relay
